back information from the Lead and Sales Rep.

Here, on Page 1 of the Bounce Back Lead screen, you can simply check the appropriate boxes from a pre-defined list to have a more thorough profile of your lead. On Page 2 of the Bounce Back Tab, LeadManager allows you to define your own items.
