LeadManager's AutoZIP™ function do the rest!
Colburn has developed LeadManager as our proprietary integrated
database marketing software program. It automatically:
• Enters the City, State and County, assigns your lead to the
appropriate Regional Manager & Sales Rep
• Presents a list of other leads within the same Zip Code-making
it
quick and easy to scan the list for duplicates
• Formats the address and greeting of the letters you send to
your leads by use of the Salutation you specify |

You can also track
all of your contacts with a particular person "on the fly." The various colored
buttons at the top right of the Lead screen are user-definable hot buttons that
automatically track all your phone calls, letters, faxes, e-mail, etc.
Located below the Hot Buttons is the Schedule from which this particular lead
responded. You can select the schedule from a predefined list. This allows LeadManager
to measure the cost-effectiveness of your ads, as well
as what ads, markets and publications attracted the most leads. |
