The Other Tab is User Definable, meaning
you can define what each field is called.
 
You can also define your drop down choices. Not only can you create
fields, but you can also search them from the Find form. As you can see,
any kind of field is available here--character, check boxes, drop down
menus and free form fields.
 
The S.A.T. field (Sales Action Taken) is the status of your Lead after
the prospect has been contacted by your Sales Rep.

S.A.T. Date is the date when Sales Action was taken.

Amount: If for instance, S.A.T.="Sold," this field would be the number
of the Amount/Quantity sold.
